Talisman Heights Project

This multi-story home in Kaiteriteri, Nelson had multiple installs completed by Contour including architectural windows, louvre system, roofing, gutters, and downpipes.

At the rear of the home, a 3.8m x 5.5m single bay Stratco Allure Louvre was supplied and installed by contour after being powder coated in Matt Flaxpod for the customer.

A marine grade long run roofing profile known as Superdek was used along with a 175mm box gutter, with 80mm steel round downpipes. All of these were chosen in a colour to match the home’s aesthetic.

Contour also installed a mixture of Fairview architectural 35/40 suite windows with Lighbridge Low-E, argon gas-filled double glazing. These windows were powder coated in Aeonox Black with a textured finish.
