At Contour we operate a vigorous Customer Feedback survey program where customers provide feedback on their experience with Contour, the results of this program are used to drive continuous improvement and are analysed to verify progress towards meeting our quality objective.

The History of Contour

Contour’s origins date back to a two-man business called Brightwater Roofing, which became Contour Roofing in 1993. In 1996 Contour expanded to include aluminium joinery with the acquisition of the Fairview/Elite aluminium window & door franchise. From these modest beginnings Contour has grown to a professional building products and services company manufacturing and supplying a wide range of reputable products and services to both the residential and commercial construction industry.

Today Contour operates from the highly distinctive striped roof premises adjacent to Whakatu Drive in Nelson and Kinross Street in Blenheim. With a staff of over 50, the company is now part of Stratco New Zealand with emphasis on a friendly supportive environment for our team, customers and the wider community.
